Project Overview
Whilst carrying out the online part of this project (voting portal, awards website and mailouts) we also designed & produced the event visuals and filming. The event took place at Sketch in London allowing us to take advantage of the 360 degree projection units to create a very special and immersive visual experience for the night proceedings.
360 Degree Award Visuals
 Four walls, 12 projectors, 15 or so awards, and a couple of pre-recorded films to include made this part of the project very exciting if not challenging.
We created something really beautiful from P&G's circled logos, placing them within a dark blue environment animating them around the room surrounding the audience within a Protor and Gamble bubble world. We created all the animations to seamlessly intergrate so that the night proceedings flowed between videos, catergory nominees to winner presentations.

Awards Filming
We got our cameras in to film T4's Rik Edwards and the specialist judging panel as they deliberated on which of the shortlisted nominees where to be the award winners. We presented this video both on the night of the event and within the awards website.
For the call to action mailouts we filmed Rik encouraging attendees to get ready for the nights activities We then dressed these up into nice P&G branded niceness as effective little videos online.
On the night of the event we filmed the entire night proceedings before doing an overnight edit for presenting on the Awards Website that was to go live the following morning. Related links associated with this project: P&G Beauty and Grooming Awards Website and Voting Portal.
